About the Role
Are you a qualified District Nurse or have just completed the District Nurse Specialist Practice Qualification ?
We have a vacancy within the Community Nursing Networks in North Lincs.
As a District Nurse you will carry a caseload of complex patients and contribute to the management of the teams.
An opportunity has arisen for band 6 District Nurses to join the forward thinking District Nursing teams. We are part of
the integrated Health and Social care teams within the community setting. You will need a sound understanding of the
current Nursing and Health agenda, excellent communication skills and effective leadership and decision making skills.
