About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for District Nurses or Senior Community Nurse with 2 yearsexperienceworking in the
community to join our Integrated Teams in Redbridge.
The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse (RN12-NMC) responsible for patients allocated to them and will
assess, manage, plan and deliver care, including being professionally and legally accountable.
The successful candidates will support their peers and team leader and will be an effective team member whilst working
