and improving the service to meet future demand. Career progression is established within the District Nursing Service

and continues to be developed, especially around senior clinical and leadership roles. The District Nursing Service sits

within Planned and Preventative Care within the Community Services Directorate and works in an integrated way to deliver

care to housebound and other patients in their own homes, clinics and residential care home.
