About the Role

The District Nursing sister will be responsible for providing strong clinical leadership and robust caseload management
within an allocated PCN for a defined caseload of patients.
The District Nursing Sister, as an autonomous specialist graduate level practitioner as recorded by the NMC, will have
responsibility for patient assessment, care planning, implementation and evaluation of high quality professional care
for patients living in their own or residential care homes.
