About the Role

The Royal Wolverhampton Planned Care Teams are highly motivated and passionate about providing high quality, evidence

based care to patients’ in their own homes. Possessing a ‘can do’ attitude and a commitment to improving the way

healthcare is delivered. We need exceptional individuals with a passion for delivering high quality care with a focus on

patient safety.

You must be a Registered Nurse. The District Nursing Specialist Practitioner Qualification or relevant degree e.g.

palliative care, wound care, chronic disease is desirable. You will be IT literate and be confident utilizing
