About the Role

Clinical Leadership To provide clinical leadership across the Division, working in partnership with the

DivisionalOperational Director and Senior Clinical Leads to deliver high quality, cost-effective and responsiveservices.

Oversee the job planning process within the Division, ensuring all medical colleagues have up todate job plans aligned

with service delivery needs and the Trusts strategic objectives. To provide clinical leadership in building a culture of

continuous improvement of services asdemonstrated by quality improvement, clinical audit and other forms of

benchmarking. Proactivelyensure that the learning from serious incidents, near misses and complaints is acted upon
