About the Role
The post holder will have responsibility for multiple departments/services across the Division and will provide
professional leadership to both nursing/midwifery/AHP and non-medical clinicians. Lead responsibility to ensure that all
nursing/midwifery/AHP and non-medical clinicians across the division adhere to their respective professional codes of
conduct and ensure that any areas of immediate concern or poor performance are addressed to maintain patient safety,
patient outcome and patient experience. Divisional Lead for Infection Prevention and Control to minimise the risk of
hospital acquired infection. To be responsible and accountable for the design, development and implementation of a
