Divisional Director of Nursing & AHPs

About the Role

Key results from the job holder Jointly accountable and responsible as a member of the triumvirate in the development of

the Divisions strategic objectives. Lead the Nursing/Midwifery and AHP leadership and development within the Division

and Trust. Responsible and accountable for the delivery of the Nursing/Midwifery AHP strategic objectives, Infection

Prevention and Control, Harm Free Care, Governance and regulatory requirements and adherence to nursing/midwifery and

AHP codes of conduct. Take the Lead and be responsible and accountable for the Division for patient experience and user

involvement. Contribute to the delivery of key performance indicators within the Division and the Trust. Drive
