Divisional Director of Operations - Medicine

About the Role

Job Summary Reporting to the site Director of Operations the post holder will be the designated accountable officer for

the Division, working closely with the Divisional Medical Director and Divisional Director of Nursing in providing

strategic direction and drive performance and planning with the Division. The postholder will work with other Divisions,

Hospital Leadership Teams, Executive / Corporate Directors and external partners in order to achieve Trust objectives

and make a positive contribution to the provision of health services across the local economy. The DDO will be

responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of the day to day operational performance of the Division ensuring
