Registered Nurse / Midwife First level degree Evidence of ongoing professional development. With recent updating in the

last twelve months. Recent post registration experience in the relevant area. Holds a NMC approved teaching and

assessing qualification. Masters in a health-related subject or evidence of working at master’s level. Significant post

registration experience Proven experience at Band 7 level Evidence of previous resource and budget management experience

Experience in research and audit. Including data collection, analysis, and evaluation
