Domestic / Laundry Assistant

About the Role

You will carry out domestic cleaning duties throughout the home, ensuring all areas are clean, tidy and maintained to a

high standard. This will include cleaning floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings and sanitary areas in line with

infection prevention procedures. You will remove waste safely and ensure supplies are replenished as required. You will

also support the laundry service, ensuring residents' clothing and linens are handled carefully, labelled correctly and

returned promptly. You will follow infection control and safety procedures at all times and work closely with colleagues

to maintain a comfortable and well organised environment for residents.
