About the Role
Delivering the Service - On a daily basis Supervisors will be required to identify and respond to user needs and to
solve problems/complaints as and when they arise. This will require an effective liaison with other staff groups,
particularly nursing and actively seek constructive feedback on service provision. The Supervisor’s role covers a range
of services within facilities. To train, monitor and supervise facilities staff in all the elements of their role. To
supervise the handling of clinical waste generated by the retained estate. Supervisors are required to work with staff
teams and to carry out domestic duties to cover the needs of the service. A Supervisor will be required to have the
