About the role:
To work under the direction of the Deputy Manager Registered services for Reablement, Domiciliary Care Services, on a
locality level. To ensure services are compliant with Regulation and Inspection of Social Care Act 2016 (RISCA 2016). To
be responsible for supporting the frontline workers to deliver person centred support in accordance with the RISCA
regulations 2016. To line manage, Reablement Care and support workers to promote wellbeing, early intervention, and
prevention to deliver outcomes focused care and support through co produced strength- based personal plans.
