About the Role

Job Title: Dressing Clinic Nurse Hiring body - Wokingham North PCN LTD: Location - Parkside Family Practice and Woodley

Centre Surgery. Reporting to: Clinical Leads of each Practice The post holder will be responsible for initial

assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of treatment / care plans for a wide range of dressings, including

complex wounds. They will work autonomously to improve patient safety & experience, promoting good practice and

promoting skin integrity. The post holder will have extensive knowledge of wound assessment, be able to identify signs

of infection and use evidence-based knowledge to promote wound healing. The post holder will actively lead the
