Driver - Care Assistant

About the Role

* Transporting Residents: Safely drive the home's minibus to collect and drop off residents for appointments, outings,

or daily care.

* Daily Support: Assist residents with their routines-dressing, mobility, personal care-always promoting independence

and choice.

* Health Monitoring: Keep an eye on residents' wellbeing, reporting any changes to the nursing team and liaising with

families or professionals as needed.
