Drug and Alcohol Care Team MH Nurse

About the Role

This post is a supportive role to help the mental health services break down the barriers between substance misuse and

mental health. We know that significant of MH service users have substance missus issues too and we are keen to ensure

that they receive continuity of care both in reach and outreach.

We want to see service users get the appropriate additions medication when on the ward and those that have not

previously or not recently engaged with the community service, find their way into treatment.

Funding till 31st March 2027 and indicative funding for a further 2 years to 2029 when confirmed by DATRiG
