DT Teacher Needed - Stoke-on-Trent

About the Role

Wayman Learning Trust is seeking a qualified DT Teacher to join an Ofsted rated "Good" school in Redditch. This role involves teaching Design Technology to Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities for both experienced and newly qualified teachers. The school offers a supportive environment and a comprehensive ECT Induction Programme.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging DT lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Collaborate with the DT team for lesson planning.
• Ensure a positive learning environment for all students.
• Monitor and assess student progress effectively.
• Participate in departmental meetings and training.

Requirements

• Degree in Design Technology or related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE.
• Experience teaching at KS3 and KS4 preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to student development and learning.

Compensation
