About the Role

Spencer Clarke are currently recruiting for a Dual Registered Manager; this is to work in a home for children and young

people with Complex Needs in Birmingham and Leicester.

The home is run by a fantastic organisation with a clear vision for the young people in their care, and transparent

plans for progression and professional development for all members of staff from Registered Manager to Support Worker.

As a Registered Manager, you will have the opportunity to recruit and support the team with full autonomy.
