About the Role
JOB DIMENSIONS The post holder will be required to prioritise own workload, considering the timetable in relation to
roster publication and payroll finalisation dates to ensure that issues related to rostering and pay are dealt with in a
timely and effective way. Act as first level support for access and software issues, diagnosing and resolving day to day
system queries, errors or malfunctions independently escalating issues where necessary. Working on own initiative, act
as lead contact in their allocated area to support system development and business as usual activity. PRIMARY DUTIES &
