About the Role
Responsible to: Nursery Management team and room leader
Purpose of the role It is the Nursery Practitioners duty to participate in the daily supervision of the room in
accordance with the requirement of company policies, and other relevant legislation; and all local authority and Ofsted
requirements.
The Nursery Practitioner role is to provide a stimulating, safe and caring environment for all children, promoting
equality and diversity at all times.
