About the Role

KM Recruitment is seeking an Early Years Assessor to deliver Apprenticeship Standards in Early Years Childcare. This role involves managing a caseload of learners, conducting assessments, and providing support throughout their learning journey.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full Apprenticeship Standards in Early Years Childcare.
• Manage a caseload of learners and conduct assessments.
• Support learners through the End Point Assessment Process.
• Organize and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Motivate learners and adapt delivery to their needs.
• Meet Assessor KPI’s for timely visits and reviews.

Requirements

• Recognized Assessor award or Level 3 Teaching Qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year assessing Childcare/Early Years Standards.
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
• Solid occupational experience in the Childcare sector.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Confident and professional with motivational skills.

Compensation

Salary up to £34,000 plus a bonus of up to £2,000, inclusive of location uplift based on eligible postcodes.
