Early Years Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a Early Years Assistant to support the Nursery Nurse and Early Years Officer in developing and

inspiring a high level of care, learning, play and education for children aged 1 year to rising 5 year olds. Main

Responsibilities: Attend to the children’s personal needs and implement related personal programmes including social,

health, physical, hygiene, first aid and welfare matters Supervise and support children ensuring their safety and access

to play and learning Establish good relationships with children acting as a role model and being aware of any responding

appropriately to individual needs Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all children Encourage children to interact
