Early Years Assistant for High Needs Children

About the Role

Wells Cathedral Prep School is seeking a dedicated Early Years Assistant to support children with high needs within

Little Wellies Nursery. The successful candidate will help provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and

intellectual care, in liaison with other staff, parents and services, ensuring the children are fully supported in their

development and daily activities.

Working closely with the Early Years team, you will also support colleagues across the setting and assist with the

day-to-day routines of the Nursery and Pre-Prep, helping to maintain a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment
