Early Years Assistant - SEN

About the Role

Role Overview: We are looking for a compassionate and experienced SEN TA to support a child with additional needs (ASD,

speech delay, or sensory needs). You'll assist with tailored activities and help build routine and communication skills.

This is a part time position, starting as soon as possible and lasting for a year in the first instance. About the

Nursery: Our inclusive nursery offers specialist provision for children with SEND. We provide a supportive and nurturing

environment with small-group and 1:1 support led by an experienced SENCo. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 or small

group support Implement EHCP and therapy goals Use visual aids and SEN strategies (PECS, Makaton) Work closely with the
