An outstanding FE College is seeking a motivated Early Years Course Leader to join the Faculty of Education and

Childcare. You'll lead and deliver engaging Early Years programmes, primarily at Level 2, to learners aged 16-19

studying vocational childcare pathways. With two Level 2 groups following the same curriculum, you will deliver

high-quality sessions that nurture student confidence, develop practical skills, and prepare learners for progression
