Early Years Deaf Support Worker

About the Role

The Early Years Deaf Support Worker will work as an effective member of the hearing support team, delivering a high

quality child-centred service which meets the needs of deaf children and their families.

They will work with different pupils in a nursery or primary education setting, or alongside a teacher of the deaf

within the home setting, as appropriate.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous

improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
