About the Role
Brue Farm Day Nursery is seeking two passionate Early Years Educator Apprentices to support children's development in a nurturing environment. This role offers hands-on experience in a child-led setting, focusing on creating positive learning experiences and building relationships with children and families.
Responsibilities
- Support daily routines including play and meals
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities
- Observe and record children's progress
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Follow safeguarding and health policies
Requirements
- GCSE in English and Maths (grade 4/C)
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and patience
- Non-judgmental attitude
- Relevant qualifications and experience preferred

Compensation
Starting wage is £11,778 for the first year, with potential increases based on age and successful completion of probation.
Location & Schedule
Work is based at Brue Farm, Lovington, Castle Cary, BA7 7PP. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with various shifts between 07:30 and 18:00.
