About the Role
Protocol Education is working closely with welcoming nurseries and primary schools across in BS14 to find caring,
reliable and flexible Early Years and Nursery Support Staff who genuinely love helping little ones feel safe, settled
and ready to explore the world around them. We’re looking for Nursery Assistants, Early Years Practitioners and Learning
Support Staff who thrive in those precious first stages of education. These roles are perfect for people who bring
patience, warmth and consistency into every interaction, and who understand just how powerful early relationships are in
helping children grow in confidence. You’ll mainly be supporting children within EYFS and early Key Stage 1, after
