prestigious independent school situated in Redbridge are seeking an experienced and committed Early Years Foundation

Lead / Head of Early Years. Successful candidates will be employed on a 2-term fixed term contract from January 2026,

with the possibility of the role becoming permanent. The Early Years Foundation Lead / Head of Early Years will oversee

a team of 12 (4 Class Teachers and a team of 8 Support staff) and will dedicate their practice in ensuring that

standards of teaching and learning, assessment, and offering are kept as high as possible. As well as the coaching and
