About the Role

Join Caterpillars Montessori Nursery School as an Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprentice. This Level 5 apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in a nurturing environment, focusing on child-led learning for children aged 2-5. You'll develop essential skills while supporting children's growth and preparing them for school.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and stimulating environment for children.
• Deliver high standards of care for children aged 0-5 years.
• Develop partnerships with parents to enhance involvement.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements.
• Plan activities to meet early learning outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and professional relationships.

Requirements

• A Level 3 Childcare qualification is essential.
• Ability to obtain a clear DBS check.
• Preferably GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English.
