About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, passionate and forward-thinking Early Years Leader to join our team at Whitehouse Primary
School. This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding practitioner who is ready to take the next step in their
career, leading and shaping high-quality provision across both our Nursery and Foundation Stage classes.
As Early Years Leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing, developing and overseeing the EYFS provision, ensuring
excellence in teaching, learning and assessment. You will work closely with staff to drive high standards, create an
inspiring and inclusive environment, and ensure all children make exceptional progress from their starting points.
