About the Role

Calm, patient and brilliant with little ones? We’re looking for a Learning Support Assistant who truly understands Early

Years. Someone who knows that in Reception and Nursery, behaviour is communication. We’re working with a welcoming

mainstream primary school looking for a specialist LSA to support pupils in Nursery and Reception, with a focus on

behaviour management and SEMH. If you’ve got that steady presence, the one children gravitate towards when they’re

overwhelmed, this could be your next role. What you’ll be doing Supporting children in Nursery and Reception Working 1:1
