About the Role

As an Early Years Practitioner at 5 Star Day Nursery in Oldbury, you will provide exceptional care and education to young children. Collaborating with colleagues, you will implement engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), ensuring each child's unique needs are met in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality childcare and education based on EYFS.
• Plan and evaluate activities for children’s development.
• Maintain a safe and clean nursery environment.
• Build positive relationships with parents and colleagues.
• Support safeguarding and child welfare initiatives.
• Record observations and children’s progress accurately.

Requirements

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Passion for working with children and providing care.
• Strong understanding of child development principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
