Early Years Practitioner

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and

welcoming nursery and day care in St Albans. This is a full-time role, and will provide invaluable experience in

supporting the development of young learners. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging

and age-appropriate lessons for EYFS children. Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive and nurturing

learning environment. Helping with the preparation of learning resources and activities. Providing one-on-one support to

children, both academically and emotionally. Assisting with assessments and tracking the progress of students.
