Early Years Practitioner

About the Role

This Early Years Practitioner position is to commence in January 2026 for at least 2 terms, with a potential contract extension for September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Support children’s learning and development in EYFS.
• Collaborate with the EYFS team to create engaging activities.
• Monitor and assess children's progress regularly.
• Provide care and support for EAL and SEND pupils.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience working in an EYFS setting.
• DBS on the update service or willingness to apply.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for supporting young children's development.
