JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose of the Role: The Early Years Practitioner (Family Support) will support the delivery of Home-Start East Antrim’s

School Readiness Initiative, working with families who have children aged 18 months to 5 years. The post holder will

support parents and young children together through home visiting and welcoming stay-and-play sessions, helping parents

build confidence in supporting their child’s early learning, play and development. The role will involve planning and

delivering engaging early years activities that support communication, social and emotional development, and the key
