About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting children aged 0–4 years during their most formative stage of development. You
will work closely with colleagues to provide a calm, secure and stimulating environment that promotes independence,
curiosity, and emotional security.
Main key responsibilities are:
Act as a key person, building secure attachments with babies and their families
Plan and implement age-appropriate experiences in line with the EYFS
