Early Years Practitioner

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner with a minimum Level 2 qualification in childcare. You will play a vital role in ensuring children's safety and providing enriching play experiences tailored to their developmental stages. Responsibilities

• Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times
• Provide stimulating play experiences appropriate to age
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Prepare for Ofsted inspections to maintain Outstanding status
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff

Requirements

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in childcare
• Understanding of child development and EYFS
• Up-to-date Safeguarding and Paediatric First Aid
• Clear enhanced DBS or ability to obtain one
• Flexibility and strong interpersonal skills

Compensation

Pay starts from £23,795.20 per year, negotiable based on qualification level and experience.

Location & Schedule

This position is in-person, working Monday to Friday.
