About the Role
The post holder is responsible to the room leader and the nursery manager. The post holder is responsible for the care
and education of the children within the setting. They have a duty of care for their safety and well being of all in
attendance

1. To follow the lead of your room leader. To uphold a high standard of physical, emotional and intellectual care within
the setting.
