About the Role

Wellingtons Day Nurseries Group Ltd is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated team. You will create a nurturing and inspiring environment for children in our Babies, Toddlers, and Preschool rooms. Your role will involve supporting children's development and confidence through engaging activities and community interactions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement educational activities.
• Support children's emotional and social development.
• Maintain a safe and stimulating environment.
• Engage with parents and caregivers regularly.
• Observe and assess children's progress.

Requirements

• Relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3).
• Experience in early years settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of child development theories.
• First Aid and Safeguarding certifications.
