Early Years Practitoner

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Happy Nurses. This full-time role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of children while promoting their development. A joining bonus of £2500 is available after a successful six-month probation period.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and well-being of all children
• Promote physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development
• Supervise staff to maintain high standards
• Communicate effectively with the team
• Care for children's daily needs

Requirements

• Level 2 or 3 in Childcare (or above)
• GCSE or equivalent preferred
• Driving Licence preferred
• 1 year of nursery experience preferred
• Management experience preferred

Compensation

Pay starts at £11.44 per hour, with expected hours of 40 per week. Compensation details can be discussed during the interview process.

Location & Schedule

This position is based in Henley on Thames, working Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:00.
