Early Years Quality Improvement Manager

About the Role

The Early Years Quality Improvement Manager at Puffins of Exeter Ltd is responsible for enhancing educational standards and compliance across nursery settings. This role involves leading quality improvement initiatives, supporting leadership teams, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, including EYFS and Ofsted requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits and quality reviews across all settings.
• Support internal and external quality inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and health regulations.
• Implement a high-quality curriculum across nurseries.
• Identify training needs and develop CPD plans.
• Use data to inform strategic planning and improvements.

Requirements

• Level 5 or above qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven leadership experience in the early years sector.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted frameworks.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to travel between multiple settings.

Compensation

The salary for this role is £31,512.00 per year.

Location & Schedule

This position covers all nursery settings within the organization.
