We are seeking a dedicated Room Leader to join our 2-3 year old room for a January 2026 start & also a maternity cover

Room Leader for our baby room team for a March 2026 start. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare and

possess strong leadership skills to oversee daily operations in the nursery room.

Duties:

- Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver high quality care and education
