About the Role
We are seeking a caring, patient, and dedicated 1:1 Early Years Support Worker to support a child with Special
Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) within our friendly and inclusive nursery setting.You will work closely with
the child on a one-to-one basis, helping them to access the EYFS curriculum, develop their communication, social,
emotional, and learning skills, and feel safe, supported, and included in the nursery environment.You will have the
following:NVQ Level 2 qualification in Childcare or equivalentLevel 2 or equivalent qualification in maths and English
(GCSE Grade C or Grade 4 or equivalent)Closing date: 8 February 2026Interview date: 19 February 2026
