Early Years Support Worker

About the Role

We are looking for a caring, reliable and nurturing Early Years Support Worker to join our small, relationship‑focused

team. This role is ideal for someone who values attachment‑led practice, understands the importance of emotional

security in early childhood, and enjoys supporting children to feel safe, confident and ready to learn.

You will work closely with our practitioners to create a warm, responsive environment where every child feels seen,

heard and supported. The role involves helping children regulate, engage in play, build independence and navigate their

day with confidence.
