full-time Early Years Teachers to lead either Nursery or Reception classes. These are proper roles, five days a week,

play-led classroom Supporting early communication, social skills and independence Creating a safe, structured

environment where children thrive Reception Full class responsibility within a mainstream primary setting Delivering
