Early Years Teaching Assistant

About the Role

As a Level 6 Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, delivery, and assessment

of high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework. You'll work collaboratively with the class teacher

and Early Years team to foster a caring, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. Key

Responsibilities: Support the delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities. Contribute to planning,

observation, and assessment of children's progress. Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and

colleagues. Promote independence, curiosity, and a love of learning. Follow safeguarding, health, and safety procedures
