About the Role

Early Years Teaching Assistant (SEN) Prospero Teaching are working with a specialist Early Years provision currently

seeking enthusiastic and caring Early Years or Nursery Assistants to support pupils with a range of additional needs,

including Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC). This inclusive setting, based in Poole, Dorset, caters for children aged 3

to 8 years. The provision offers small class sizes of 6 to 8 pupils and a high staff-to-student ratio, ensuring every

child receives the individual care and attention they need to thrive. The environment includes Autism-specific

classrooms, a fully equipped soft play area, sensory spaces, large outdoor areas, and a multi-purpose shared space for
