About the Role

To undertake maintenance of medical equipment following and meeting defined quality procedures accredited to ISO9001:

2015. The required work will involve in-depth fault finding to board/ component level utilising test equipment and hand

tools as appropriate. To perform all necessary work within the department and to be flexible when demands upon the

department requires a fast response to emergency situations. Certain activities will require handling and lifting of

medical and other devices utilising the appropriate handling equipment as provided. The post requires that a good

knowledge and skills exist covering maintenance and repair of portable mechanical/ electrical electronic equipment. This
