Echocardiographer / Highly Specialist Clinical Physiologist

About the Role

1) Performs echocardiograms autonomously on outpatient and inpatients to a high standard. 2) Reports complex clinical

data obtained by echocardiography in a timely manner and produces an accurate report to BSE standards. 3) Practises the

standards as outlined by the British society of echocardiography in both image acquisition and reporting4) Highlights

abnormalities to the referring medic/ clinical team.5) Organise work at the start of every session by assessing mode of

patient transport and any infection control precautions6) Act to the level of professional standards as outlined by the

RCCP7) Aims to complete RCCP accreditation as soon as possible.8) In order to obtain RCCP accreditation is willing to
